Day visitors: Daily tickets are priced at £15 per Adult and at a discounted price of just £25 for the entire 3-day event. Accompanied children of 16 years or below are admitted free. Daily visitors can get entry at 10 am with their parking arranged for in the South Car Park. The special weekend ticket for daily visitors is available only against advance booking and payment.

Disabled drivers: Special demarked areas are available at South Pedestrian Gate, Yellow Gate as well as South Car Park, however no parking for disabled drivers will be available once the gates open to the general visitors so disabled drivers are advised to reach before 10 am.

Camping: Camping is available only against advance booking. You can ask for a camping unit at only £20 for the entire duration; however a £35 per head ticket needs to be purchased. Electrical connections are available at extra cost. Camping spaces are divided into General and Family categories while special arrangements are made for the disabled and Clubs; these areas are also limited so applications are to be made well in advance.

Reaching Malvern: Malvern is well connected by both road and rail.The A449 connects it to Worcester and Ledbury, while the M5 connects it through junctions 7 and 8 on the east. It is now a mega event stretching over three full days in the month of September and involving more than 8,000 vehicles, 300 plus trade stands and an impressive turnout of about 25,000 people. The event is organized in an enchanting and picturesque setting with the Malvern Hills serving as an enthralling backdrop. The venue is located 8 miles away from the M5 and also M50 motorways. Coming to the Malvern Showground is not a big deal. You just need to follow all the brown signs to reach the showground from all major routes.
